Section 430(2B) Companies Act 2006 Statement
As described in the announcement made by Porvair plc (the “Company”) on 3 April 2024, Sarah Vawda resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Following her resignation, Sarah will receive a total of £11,000 in three monthly payments in accordance with the terms of her letter of appointment. No other remuneration payment will be made by the Company to Sarah after she ceased to be a non-executive director of the Company, nor will any payment for loss of office be made.
Section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, requires the information contained in this document to be available on the Company’s website until the Directors’ Remuneration Report for the year ending 30 November 2024 is made available.
